** If any member of the household receives Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) benefits, children are eligible for free meals. There is no need for you to fill out an application. Mrs. Brown will mail you a letter in July to confirm your status. If you have not received your letter by August 1, please reach out to Mrs. Brown (email Mrs. Brown here) to confirm your status.
New Student Registration
Please use this version of registration to register your student(s) if they were not in attendance at HISD at the close of the 2022-2023 school year.
Returning Student Registration
Please use this version of registration to register your student(s) if they were in attendance at the end of the 2022-23 school year. It does not matter if they are changing their campus by promotion this upcoming school year. If they were in attendance at the end of the 2022-23 school year, this is where they will register.
